What The Products Provide
The free Starter Prompts and AI App Builder From Zero provide educational information, prompts, templates, and app-building guidance.
The Review Radar Blueprint + Screen Design Pack provides access to public-review research, generated app opportunities, and either one or three completed Blueprint project folders according to the offer purchased. You may run new review searches, inspect saved review evidence, compare candidates, and generate fresh candidate batches from the same saved evidence without using a Blueprint credit. These research actions do not have a purchase-based lifetime quota, but temporary technical limits may pause excessive or automated requests to protect security, reliability, provider availability, and operating cost.
A credit is reserved only when you explicitly request a new downloadable Blueprint project folder. The credit is consumed when a completed package is committed to your account and restored if generation fails before a usable package is committed. Re-downloading an existing completed folder does not use another credit.
The premium deliverable may include review evidence, product scope, screen references, design tokens, architecture contracts, implementation prompts, QA assets, and launch guidance. It does not include a finished application, custom legal advice, guaranteed marketplace acceptance, guaranteed revenue, guaranteed funding, or guaranteed business success.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate, lawful input that you have the right to use;
- reviewing generated content before relying on it;
- protecting your sign-in links, email account, downloads, credentials, and source code;
- verifying current platform, marketplace, tax, privacy, security, and payment requirements;
- testing any app built from the materials;
- obtaining professional advice when your product handles regulated, sensitive, health, financial, legal, safety, employment, housing, or children's data;
- making final publication, legal, privacy, pricing, and business decisions.
Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive personal information in product forms.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the products or service to:
- violate law or another person's rights;
- create malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, fraud, harassment, or deceptive impersonation;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, purchase requirements, credit limits, or security measures;
- scrape or overload services in violation of provider terms;
- submit content designed to manipulate the generation or quality systems into exposing secrets or performing unrelated actions;
- resell, republish, distribute, or sublicense the books, prompt packs, templates, generated system assets, or service access as a competing product without written permission.
License
After lawful purchase or download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the educational materials and generated deliverables to plan and build your own software products or client work you are authorized to perform.
You may modify generated product files for your app. You may not redistribute the original e-book, prompt pack, templates, evaluation harness, generic screen library, or substantially unchanged Blueprint package as a standalone product, public download, training corpus, or competing service.
Third-party names, reviews, links, platform assets, open-source components, and provider outputs remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Accounts And Credits
Blueprint access is associated with the purchase email. You may request a new sign-in link on a later visit. Credits remain associated with the account record until used, refunded, revoked for a valid reason, or the service is discontinued under these Terms.
Pre-purchase research is associated with a signed browser research session. Keep using the same browser if you want to restore that saved evidence before purchase. A completed Blueprint preserves its own evidence browser and source references inside the downloaded folder.
Do not share private account access or use one purchase to provide a generation service to unrelated buyers. I may suspend access reasonably believed to involve fraud, chargebacks, abuse, automation attacks, or material violation of these Terms. I will not suspend access merely because you provide honest criticism.
Availability And Changes
AI providers, app stores, hosting systems, public review feeds, and other dependencies can change or become unavailable. I may update models, providers, quality gates, file structure, interface, or operating limits to preserve quality, security, legality, or reliability. I will not intentionally reduce already-purchased unused credits without a lawful operational reason and an appropriate remedy.
No Income Or Finished-App Promise
Review evidence can improve the quality of a starting hypothesis. It does not prove future demand or revenue. Screen references and implementation prompts can improve the handoff to an AI coding tool. They do not guarantee that a third-party tool will produce a correct, secure, or publishable app without your review and testing.
Any examples, projections, or educational discussions are illustrative, not promises of earnings, traffic, conversion, financing, or marketplace approval.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the products and service are provided "as is" and "as available." I do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, permanent storage, compatibility with every tool, or a specific commercial result.
Nothing in the products is legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, security-certification, or other professional advice.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, or the conduct of third-party services. My aggregate liability arising from a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.
Changes
I may update these Terms for future use. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. The terms presented at purchase and applicable law govern that purchase.
