This Privacy Policy explains how Marcus Kim ("I," "me," or "my") handles information when you visit marcusykim.com, use Review Radar, purchase or access a digital product, join a waitlist, request support, or use the Review Radar Blueprint + Screen Design Pack.

Information I Collect
I may collect:
- Contact information, including your email address and information you include in a support message.
- Purchase and account information, including product, amount, currency, payment-provider identifiers, purchase status, refund or dispute status, remaining Blueprint credits, and delivery history. I do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- Blueprint input, including keywords, competitor links, category, target user, app description, platform preference, design preferences, and existing tools or accounts you choose to describe.
- Generated-product information, including selected app opportunities, design directions, screen assets, project files, quality reports, delivery files, and generation status.
- Public review evidence retrieved from public app-store sources, including app metadata, review text, rating, author label, date, and source links where available.
- Technical information, including IP-derived security signals, browser or device information, timestamps, request logs, error records, rate-limit events, and security or delivery diagnostics.
- Marketing preferences, including whether you asked to receive product or blog updates.
Do not submit passwords, private API keys, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information in Blueprint forms or support messages.
How I Use Information
I use information to:
- provide purchases, accounts, credits, review searches, generated files, downloads, and support;
- verify payment events and prevent duplicate fulfillment, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
- generate app ideas, screen systems, design tokens, product plans, prompts, QA assets, and launch guidance;
- send transactional emails, sign-in links, delivery notices, and messages you requested;
- monitor reliability, investigate errors, enforce limits, and improve product quality;
- maintain transaction, refund, dispute, security, and tax records;
- comply with law and protect customers, the service, and my rights.
I do not sell personal information. I do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. I do not use buyer inputs to make eligibility decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, health care, or other high-impact services.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by providers that perform work for the service, including:
- Stripe for checkout, payment events, refunds, and disputes;
- Gumroad for products purchased through Gumroad;
- Vercel for hosting, server functions, queues, and file storage;
- Neon or another configured database provider for account, entitlement, and operational records;
- Resend for transactional email;
- Sentry for error monitoring when configured;
- OpenAI, Anthropic, or another disclosed AI provider for generation and independent quality review;
- Apple public catalog and review services for public App Store evidence;
- WordPress and connected site services for marcusykim.com and blog subscriptions.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. I provide only the information reasonably needed for the job they perform.
Retention
I retain purchase, tax, refund, dispute, and security records for as long as reasonably needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes. I retain Blueprint account, credit, generation, and delivery records while needed to provide return access and downloads. Generated files and logs may be deleted or archived when no longer needed, when storage policies change, or after a valid deletion request, subject to legal and security obligations.
Because retention needs differ by record type, I do not promise permanent storage. Download completed products and keep your own backup.
Your Choices And Requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your email, or opt out of non-transactional email, by contacting contact@marcusykim.com. I may need to verify your request. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, security, disputes, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of claims.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. Transactional purchase, sign-in, security, and delivery messages may still be sent while you use the service.
Browser privacy signals are not used as a substitute for a request because the service does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Third-party sites and services may collect information under their own policies.
Security
I use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including signed payment events, limited-purpose sign-in links, access controls, rate limits, environment-separated secrets, and operational logging. No online system is risk-free. Keep your download private, use an email account you control, and contact me if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
The products are not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact me so I can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
International Use
The service is operated from the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. If you use the service from another country, local rights may apply.
Changes
I may update this policy as the products, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated. Material changes will be posted where customers can reasonably find them.
