Refund requests are handled through the payment platform used for the purchase. Use the request tools shown in your Gumroad or Stripe receipt, or contact contact@marcusykim.com from the purchase email.
Gumroad Products
For products purchased through Gumroad, the refund terms displayed on the product page or checkout at the time of purchase control. Submit the request through Gumroad when available so the purchase, delivery, and request remain connected.
Review Radar Blueprint + Screen Design Pack
For the $199 Blueprint product:
- You may request a full refund within 30 days if no Blueprint credit has entered generation.
- Once a custom generation has started, the cost and custom work for that credit may be non-refundable except where the delivery is defective, materially different from the stated product, unavailable after reasonable repair, or a refund is required by law.
- A failed generation that does not produce a completed downloadable folder should restore the reserved credit. If it does not, contact support so I can restore the credit or provide an appropriate remedy.
- Downloading a completed folder again does not use another credit.
- Refunded or disputed purchases may lose access to unused credits and private downloads after the refund is completed, subject to applicable law.
I may ask for the purchase email, order identifier, affected generation, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full card details.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
